PutBucket

Creates a bucket. The name in the host carries the AppId.

PUT https://<bucket>-<appid>.cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com/

Addressed at the bucket host, <bucket>-<appid>.cos.luzon.convergecloudcos.com, where <appid> is the account AppId.

The bucket is created in the region named by the host. An empty body is accepted; the response has no body.
